Each flat is located over ground and lower ground level: sitting, dining room, and kitchen are on the ground floor, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower ground floor. Flat #1 sleeps 8: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and 1 fold-out sofa double bed in the living room. Flat #2 sleeps 5: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and 1 fold-out single bed in the living room.
