HABITACION MUY PEQUEÑA PERO SUFICIENTE PARA 4 PERS
BUENA COMBINACION METRO AUNQUE ALEJADO DEL CENTRO
PEQUEÑO PARA CUATRO PERSONAS
BAÑO MUY PEQUEÑO
EN GENERAL ACEPTABLE
Spazi minuscoli.
I thought for the price, in London, the hotel was ok.. The wifi wouldn't work, also the heating didn't work, which in winter proved quite difficult.. Overall the place was clean, and had everything I could need. The bed was comfortable and very fresh and clean, the location is perfect and the shower was nice and warm.

Ok position and price, but, to improve everythig
Appartament (in the basement) good for price and position ( 5 minutes walk from West Kensington underground). There isn’t daily cleaning service; in the bathroom there is no hair dryer, although I requested it before the arrival and during the stay; mattress too soft; the balcony was not so clean.

Nice location
It's very nice location in the London, but space was too narrow for three persons.
It is a bad experience to have a long stay in this apartment.
The emergency call provided by the host was not opened and its mailbox even fulled.
The only way contacting the host is via message but there is always no reply.
The location is pretty good which near the metro around 5-10 minutes.

Studio flat not as pictured very small the bathroom drains barely work, toilet is under the sink
Trying to get instructions to get into the studio basement flat on fairholme, in Fulham and Hammersmith, London)
(Sorry I was not allowed to disclose the actual address.)
I had to make Long Distance calls from the States to an answering machine that that didn't always answer, I tried Calling quite a few times.
Finally two days before we left I got instructions to get into the flat,
I was a little scared being as my only contact number doesn't always answer and I was trying to switch to an international phone.
Shower has to be cycled on and off because the drain was so slow that the shower filled up of water very quickly,
I had the plunge the toilet probably 10 times during our stay because it would not drain,
The bed was lumpy but I managed to sleep anyway,
One of the towels was apparently dirty looks used (it was wrinkly) hanging on a hanger in the closet (scary) so we had 3 bath towels, no hand towels, no washcloth
TV would not get any channels but hey you're in London that's no big deal we didn't need it.
Make sure you follow all the instructions you need to get into your apartment and unlock the basement door leading to the hallway of your apartment because you will need the key fob to unlock that.
The place was very small and gross with mold in the showers.
The only plus was that it was close to West Kensington subway station you can walk there very easily even with bags.
I highly discourage renting this piece of property (our friends that travelled with us got a flat 8 times the size for only another $15 a night).
This apartment is nothing like the ones depicted in the photos. Threadbare and basic. TV does not work and keeps switching itself on and off at random. You better hope there is no fire in this building because you will need to untangle the extinguishers from under a pile of vacuum cleaners.
Builders were on the premises and sanding down walls creating a blizzard of dust that seeped under the doors and covered every thing. At the end of their shift the dust set off the fire alarms throughout the whole building. These kept ringing until 10pm until a resourceful guest managed to find a kill switch for the system and turn it off. During all this, none of the phone numbers provided for the building management were being answered. I left messages and eventually I got a text reply that accused me of making a 'false accusation' about the fire alarms.
Really! The building was full of dust and the fire alarms were ringing off constantly and I'm being accused of making false accusations. I have video evidence on my phone as proof.
Whats my recomendation about this property.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
High points: Good location, the place existed, did not have bed bugs, electricity and water worked.
Low points: Beds were broken to some degree, generally pretty dirty, hotel staff was unreachable, shower had a considerable amount of mold.
We stayed at the short let for bank holiday weekend as we were attending an event at olympia. It was well located near 2 tube stations for east access to the rest of London. It was quite small and basic as expected, there was originally 4 in our group but 2 dropped and it was probably for the best as the apartment was tiny and would have been vastly overcrowded!! Tiny bathroom barely room to turn, ladder up to the main bedroom is scary at the best of times and a very low roof (which I hit my head a couple of times). States luggage storage is available however on day of departure I had to beg a hotel near Olympia to save our bags as the owner couldn't store them past 2pm!!! Luckily the other hotel saved our trip!!!
The room was just as described. A studio apartment with a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. I didn't fancy climbing the ladders so slept downstairs (the bed settee converts to a bed). The bed was comfortable and all linen /towels were clean and fresh.
Everything was clean and tidy.
There is a freezer, (plug in if you need it), a fridge and a cooker and microwave. The wardrobe next to the showere room also has a iron and an ironing board.
I was so disgusted with this hotel that myself and the rest of the party travelling with me had to actually go out and buy cleaning products and air fresheners etc to clean the place ourselves before we could even bare to sit in what tiny room we had! Even then we still went out to buy our own bed sheets and pillows etc also! The stairs are so narrow that you practically have to be turned sideways to get up or down them, the "living area" is completely non existent when the sofa bed is turned into a bed (which had almost half the wooden bed slats missing). The bed above the living area is so close to the ceiling that you can't sit up in bed without banging your head on said ceiling! Which might I add is full of damp from the flat above! And again the bathroom is also so tiny that there is no room to get dressed in there after having a shower this lead to us all having to ask everyone to go to the living area whilst we each took it in turns to get dressed in the kitchen. I think it is extremely unfair to advertise this as a "superior room" as it a far cry from being such! Also I don't agree with the fact that there were holes all over the walls with pipes and wires hanging out into the staircase leading to the room (I understand that work needs to be carried out but to still allow people to book in to this is rediculous) I strongly recommend anyone reading this review to avoid this accommodation at all costs!
Awful hotel, staff were unavailable at all the first day so ended up in an unlock able room that smelt absolutely awful. No remote for tv, builders outside, had to climb over ladders in the dark to get to room. Do not recommend avoid this place
We never ended up staying at this hotel---for the simple reason that we couldn't get in!!!! We arrived at 9.30 at night from the airport, really tired. There was no one to let us in. Some residents, who tried to help us, told us that the hotel was supposed to send us a code to enter the building. However the hotel did not send us a code. The residents even tried to call the hotel management on our behalf but no one picked up the phone. We also heard of other horror stories from passersby and residents where hotel guests stood out for hours, unable to get in. We were there until 11 pm when we made a reservation elsewhere and called Uber and drove to another hotel. This was such a horrible experience. On our first night in London---we were so exhausted from our flight, and imagine we could not get into the hotel. Please don't book here! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
