From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite our room not being immediately ready, our wait was made comfortable with complimentary tea and snacks in the lobby. The staff consistently went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local dining, sightseeing, and activities that ensured great value for our money. A highlight was the concierge securing us a reservation for a traditional British Sunday roast—an experience we eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed.
Although there were minor issues with plumbing and housekeeping, the staff addressed these promptly and effectively, underscoring their commitment to service excellence.
The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. Situated centrally in Kensington, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London with most major attractions within a 10-30 minute Tube ride. The area offers an array of dining and takeaway options, adding to the convenience.
