Very bad experience without any attention Despite repeated appeals to the problems that existed

Key collect and return from a different address is Terrible and terrible especially when your flight returned early in the morning and the place we were sent does not meet its opening and closing times. We wanted to return the key the night before and it was noted that the place is open until midnight, we arrived at 11:15 pm and the time indicated for closing the place is midnight. We had to return the key in the morning which caused us to be late for the flight and not get on it.In addition, when we entered the apartment, my wife sat on the armchair which completely fell apart and hit her head and we had to visit a doctor and it's good that everything passed. We reported it and no one responded, did not reach the standard and so we stayed until our departure from the apartment!
