- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There are stairs up to the entrance floor with no internal elevator. This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator. This home accepts children but does not accept babies, toddlers or pets. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. There will be scaffolding up from the end of july 2025 while external painting and repairs are completed for the whole building.
