THE SLOANE SQUARE STUDIO

Large comfortable studio apartment in a modern building located just 3 minutes from Sloane Square tube station. The building has a porter and 2 lifts. The studio has a queen size bed and a double sofa bed which can both accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) comfortably. There is a living area with large comfortable sofa and TV, a sleeping area with lots of built-in storage, a dining table for 4, a separate kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large modern bathroom with shower. With high ceilings and lots of windows, the studio is really bright during the day. FREE Fast Wi/Fi internet included in the rent. Clean bed linen and towels provided.

Please note : Check-in time is from 1pm. Check-out time is before 10am. For late check-in (after 10pm), please inform the host before making a booking.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please checkout by 10am at the latest. Wash any used dishes. Place used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
Please do not use the washing machine on the morning of checkout as the cleaner will need it for the laundry.
Place the key under the doormat when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not pour food or cooking oils down the kitchen sink as this will block the drains. Extra charges may be incurred if a plumber is called.
Please do not use the towels to clean makeup or food. Charges may be incurred for excessive stains on towels/linen..
