It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so probably won't be going back.

I experienced a lot locked because power failure and their system Had problems reading my name on credit card ID , though Pasdport was fine . The mattress was were things really upset and I have requested compensation or an extra day stay still hear from them and I was booked for a three night stay. No one still talking or calling me back to resolve issue. Lost or stolen Two tops whilst out there , no reply to My request to view CCTV.

Quarto apesar de pequeno era bom, cozinha boa e equipe muito gentil e atenciosa! No geral gostamos muito da estadia. Fácil localização, perto do centro, ficarei de novo se precisar!

Hotelet var for lillet, vi havde balkon og døren var maget lille og kunne ikke lukke rigtig, så det trak ind så vi frøs, bruseniche døren gik i stykker den røg af kugleleje så vi måtte sætter den på igen

Bien pour 2 ou 3 jours

Le logement est vraiment petit, très peu d'espace pour se déplacer, peu de place également pour ranger, le lit est vraiment juste pour 2, 120 centimètres ! Et l'isolation phonique et thermique est moyenne. Enfin 3ème étage sans ascenseur...
