This four floor house offers something for the whole family and has the choice of entertaining in two living and lounge spaces.
Something everyone loves in London which this house has is a stunning, sunny inner patio which is perfect for a morning coffee, a yoga session or alfresco dining.

Space
A modern, neutral-toned 3 bedroom house spread over 4 floors offers spacious and contemporary living.

The ground floor features a large, open-plan kitchen and dining room offering seating for the family at the end of your busy days. From the dining area you also have access private outdoor space perfect for those warmer mornings.
Along from the kitchen area on the ground floor is the first sitting area which creates an inviting space for everyone in the house.

The lower ground offers a private sitting area and a convenient toilet, providing an ideal separation for guests and adding to the overall comfort and functionality of the house.

You can recline and relax in the houses comfort in both sitting areas ensuring a delightful and cosy experience.

On the first floor you have the master bedroom and second bedroom both designed in neutral tones, the space is bright creating a serene and inviting retreat within the house. This first floor boasts a separate bathroom with both a bath and shower.

On the second floor, you have one more spacious bedroom comfortably accommodating two more guests. The floor also features a second main bathroom, providing convenient and separate access for all guests.

This property is not toddler friendly, however if you do wish to stay with a toddler we can arrange and cot & high chair for an extra fee which can be discussed at the time of booking.

Awesome rental

Location was amazing, quiet street but close to kings road. A lot of stairs, but that was fine for us. Kitchen, bathrooms modern and clean, and beds all very comfortable. Host was great and very communicative. Would love to stay here again!
