Located a short distance away from Holloway Road station and the iconic Arsenal Stadium, The Emirates, this chic first-floor apartment provides plenty of space and style. This apartment provides an amazing space, with two sizeable bedrooms that have contemporary bathrooms. An open-plan living area contains a fully-stocked kitchen, and for extra entertainment, there is a gorgeously decorated outdoor roof terrace and kitchen.

Situated in an open concept design, the living room, kitchen, and dining area benefit from abundant natural daylight flooding through the almost floor-to-ceiling windows. If you're in the mood to whip up a meal and have an evening indoors, the kitchen comes stocked and ready for you. Not to mention, a 65 inch Smart TV with standard channels, and a stylish dressing table.

Both bedrooms are similar in size and fitted with stylish bathrooms. You'll enjoy sleeping on 300 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, filled with pillows and adorned with decorative cushions.

Recently refurbished, this terrace boasts modern touches, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the sun or carrying on conversations into the night. It's no surprise that this beautifully designed terrace has become the centerpiece of the apartment.

Noisy!

There is a bar immediately below the flat. On Sunday night of our stay, the music from below measured at 97dB (via iPhone app). When we opened windows to cool down, we could smell marijuana. Bedrooms were small (one bedroom needed the bed pushed at an angle to be able to fully open the door). Beds were comfortable. The integrated washer/dryer took 4+ hours to wash/dry a small load.
