London Adventure
We stayed at this flat for 6 nights between May 9-17. The location is fantastic - very close to many restaurants and the Earl's Court Station which we used daily. The neighborhood felt safe and accessible. I would stay again if some of the issues are addressed.Positives: -This is a light, spacious property. As I was traveling with my two adult sons, having bedroom/bathroom space for each of us was really great.- Laundry in the flat was really helpful!- The inside of the unit was very cleanWould suggest improvement:- The check-in process was a problem. I had not received our check-in info by the time we were through customs and in a car heading for the house. My son was ill from the flight and so I had to quickly shift to a hotel room as I had no idea how to enter the flat. The property manager made this right and refunded our first night but it was an on-arrival headache that we didn't need. - The outdoor patio space was not clean and littered with dirt and leaves from the winter. We would have sat out there often but it was filthy. As a feature of the flat, I would expect that it was clean before renters arrive.- bathrooms need wash clothes- kitchen needs sharpened knives, they were really dull- the tenants above us were incredibly LOUD which affected my son's sleep on most nights. Music at 1am all the way into the morning and stomping constantly was disruptive- some of the bedroom windows did not open and it was warm all week which made sleep difficult.
