レジデンスインは最高‼︎
フロントでのチェックイン時にマリオット会員カードを提示したが、「番号が登録されていません」と言うので携帯で確認していたら、「やっぱりありました」ってそれからの態度が変わったのであまり気分が良くなかった。 エレベーター、ランドリーの一部は故障中だったが、それ以外の環境、サービスとも大変良かった。

朝食の内容及び質ともにごく普通。 フロント横のエレベーターの数が少ない(２個)ため 殆ど階段を利用していた。幸い宿泊部屋は三階だったが。

I have no idea how anyone could rate lower than 10/10 based on my experience. The staff was friendly, hotel clean, rooms spacious and well-appointed, and the location was flawless.

The rooms were clean but a bit dated, could have been better. (Sofa, bathroom and room paint) The staff was superb and housekeeping was good too. Samiya and Sophie at the reception were a great help.

We had a great experience here at Residence Inn Kensington. We would definitely consider returning in the future! It was about a 13 minute walk to the nearest Underground station, so that was just something we had to account for in our travel times, but overall it wasn’t a make or break for us. We do wish the hotel had its own restaurant for dinners as opposed to take out from the Italian across the street for “room service.” It was a quiet neighborhood and a lot really enjoyed the area. Overall the accommodations, staff friendliness, and ease of our stay was great. Highly recommend.

The kitchen does not have basics such as oil and salt, we had to buy everything. Lucky us the Tesco is next door ! The sofa’s mattress was a way too much soft. The bathroom door was not closing properly. Generally speaking people are super kind

My daughter and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay, benefiting from its proximity to public transport and rooms that are not only spacious by London standards but also very comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was superb. A special thank you to Roberto, the host, for providing a dining experience comparable to a restaurant's. As a Human Resources Manager, I was particularly struck by the staff's approach and treatment. They were exceedingly polite and attentive, offering the comfort of a boutique hotel. The gym and complimentary laundry service were also excellent features. I will definitely consider this hotel as my first choice in the future. A big thank you to everyone else at the reception whose names I may not recall.

Outstanding service!! Cannot say enough about how well the staff did in exceeding our expectations at every opportunity. The ONLY complaint is the lift- undersized for the property, and with a disabled guest the stairs are not an option. Wasted quite a bit of time waiting and heard many complaints from other giests about the same.

Check in staff was unfriendly and was actually charged for room x 4 days to credit card by mistake….the staff didnt realise until this was pointed out. Room was a good size and the small kitchen was ideal for cooking but room needed a good hoover. The sofa bed was very comfortable for sleeping and sitting. Housekeeping staff were very accomodating. Laundry facilities very welcomed especially with a child. Breakfast was ok. Tesco nearby was a bonus. Hotel bit out of the way. Plenty of public transport available and was easy to get around.

Man musste schon weiter bis zur Underground laufen, war aber noch erträglich. Am ersten Tag war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, wurde aber nach Reklamation gemacht. Das Frühstück war täglich gleich, ok, aber nicht der Renner. Ansonsten war es ruhig gewesen.

Very close to bus stops and a TESCO, so you have everything you need. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free breakfast every single day, which we didn't know about during the booking. It's a great start to the day and has variety and consistency too. Rooms are very clean, and staff are amazing.

Stayed for 7 days .Check in went smooth front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was great . Lots of options . Roberto was on top of everything!! And of course bartenders Daniel and Joy are amazing!! Drinks are good and very friendly.

Stayed there six days. Liked the location. Three tube stations withing 12 minutes walking distance. Tesco is next door, Has only two slow lifts. One of them was not operating for some time on three days. Breakfast options limited.
