地下鉄駅からの距離はそこそこ近いので良い。エレベーターが故障していて自分で３Fまで荷物を運ぶ羽目になった。　部屋は狭くTVも小さい。バスタブは付いていた。セーフティーBoxは小さめでPCなどは入らない。

到着した際…。
フロントが隣の建物？で、入り口が写真と違ってよくわからなくて少し戸惑いましたが、男性スタッフが呼びにきてくれました。 その際荷物を持つのを手伝ってくれたらもっとよかったのですが。他は満足です。

朝食は典型的なEnglish breakfastだと思います。たまご料理は選択、お好みでソーセージ、ベーコン、マッシュルーム、温トマト、煮豆（Bakedと書いてあるが）が付きます。他にシリアル、フルーツヨーグルト、フルーツポンチ、飲み物はセルフサービスです。シャーロックホームズで有名なBaker street駅まで徒歩5-6分です。冷房がなく、蒸し暑い日もありました。

好立地だが狭いホテル（全体としてはコスパは良い）
ベーカーストリートから徒歩5分くらいの好立地にある。 ロンドンのホテルの価格状況と立地を考えるとコストパフォーマンスがいい方だと思うが、広さや設備という面では見劣りする。浴室も当然、バスタブはなく、シャワーの水圧はいまいちだった。 ただ、立地と価格は魅力的なので、その点があまり気にならない人にはとても良いと思う。

最寄駅や中心部に近いホテル
部屋は清潔で、特に水回りにおいては清潔で使いやすくて不満ゼロでした。また、立地も良く、Oxford st.やSelfridge、マダムタッソーなどに徒歩で行ける場所にあるので交通費を浮かせることもできました。また滞在したいです。

ロンドン観光に便利なホテル
決して広くは無いが、こぎれいで手入れが行き届いている印象を受けた。スタッフの対応も親切で、次に観光で訪問する際には利用したいと思った。

ロケーションは良いです。
ロケーションの割りには安価なホテルと思います。ただし、やはりロンドン市街のホテルであるため非常に狭かったです。ロケーションと金額を考えると不満無しですが。朝食はおいしく頂けました。

54 stair steps to climb to the room, the last set steep. Shower flow was woeful. Clean and tidy, ok for somewhere to put your head down.

Great place to stay
The room may be small but it was lovely and clean and tidy, with tea & coffee nothing more was needed. The staff were great and really friendly, the breakfast was fabulous, we will definitely return there. Location was brilliant.

Regency Westend- all ok
Room was clean and quite ok for my needs. For the price it was fine. Other family members had more luxurious hotel put paid twice the price.

The firealarm went off 2 days in a row, and the staff didnt seem to care and we didnt get any information when we went up to check. We had a room underneath the 1. floor which was really hot all the time, and it didnt help with opening the window.

Property is in a great location, but otherwise extremely ordinary. No sachets of coffee in the room. Website states “lift to all floors”. The notice on the lift says “LIFT NOT IN USE. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AN OPERATING LIFT. PLEASE USE THE STAIRS.” I have chronic arthritis, and would never have booked this hotel if I had known.

Location was great
Just what I would expect for the price point and location in Central London. Room was small but convenient to the Baker St station and all the other amenities of W1 Staff I engaged with were helpful and the check in/ check out process very very easy.

Regency Hotel Marleybone
I’ve stayed in the sister hotel 2 doors away which Is far better. It’s dated and the room was very small for a twin. When you sat on the toilet your knees touched the wall😂 The same with the sink and there was no cold water even if you ran the tap for 10 minutes it was still warm. I think the hot and cold water pipes are plumbed in right next to each other. Breakfast was ok with a good selection but it was in the sister hotel but I wasn’t informed of this when booking in. For the price I paid for 2 nights was vey good for staying in London. Some great restaurants within 50 metres.

The property does not have an elevator, which is a huge disadvantage for tourist having luggage’s to carry upstairs. The property should indicate this clearly.

No one in hotel to check in note on front door to go to a neighbouring and sister hotel. Lift not working and on the 4th floor. Room small and tired but it was clean and did for a one night stay. Breakfast was also at the neighbouring hotel which was nice. Service and staff friendly and helpful. Just a shame the lift wasn’t working and it was all through the neighbouring hotel
