Summary:
This flat is ideal for exploring everything that Central London has to offer, with the benefit of quiet evenings in a peaceful retreat.
There are many top attractions, cafes and restaurants easily accessible by foot. The flat is well-connected by Underground, Bus and city cycle docks.
The Space:
A big focus was placed on making the best use of space in this modern flat, from the sleek furniture to the inconspicuous (but powerful) HD projector. A full-length full-to-ceiling window fills the flat with light all day, and the large balcony provides instance access to the outside.
The kitchen is purpose-built, blending neatly into one corner of the open-plan living/dining area. All the important utensils are there for you, ready to use.
The bathroom is probably my favourite part of this apartment - I always feel I'm walking into a five-star hotel when I enter it! Treat yourself to a bath, with accompanying scented candles.
Guest Access:
The entire flat is yours to access.
The Neighborhood:
Elephant & Castle has gone through a huge amount of change in the past five years. From an undesirable locale for many, it has risen to become a hip, central hub for young professionals working in the City of London.
Getting Around:
Walking is a possibility for many top attractions in London, with Tower Bridge, Tate Modern and London Bridge all within a 30 minutes' walk.
(My favourite transport method) There's a Santander Cycles (rented bike) stand, just 5 minutes away from the flat. It is highly recommended that you download the Santander Cycles App and use these. It's a fantastically cheap way of getting around London. Tower Bridge and Tate Modern are less than 15 minutes away on a Santander Cycle.
The Underground Station for Elephant & Castle is 15 minutes away and is serviced by the Nothern & Bakerloo lines.
There are multiple bus stops within 100m of the apartment, taking you to West, East, South, North and Central London regularly.
