Unfortunately this studio was not suitable for our stay in London. What you need to know: it is very far from the tube, there are minimal restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop RIGHT about front and the insulation is non existent and you can hear every word of anyone walking by on the street. Would have been impossible to sleep there. It smells of cigarette smoke and even had left behind cigarettes upon our arrival. The futon for the 3rd guest is worn out and dingy. Over all our years booking VRBOs this one was the worst we have seen. When we expressed our concerns and found other accommodations the host said they would have liked to address our concerns before we left and no refund would be afforded. Unfortunately our concerns were those that could not have been addressed and our lesson learned. Guess we’ve just always had good luck with VRBOs in the past. All I can say is that this studio seemed like an “after thought”. Ie: let’s rent this out! And then they slapped it on VRBO and away they went. For the same price you can get a studio near the tube, with food and shops nearby AND much bigger and nicer. Pass on this one - one person can hardly turn around it’s so tiny!
