Our space has 4 rooms, 2.5 washrooms, spacious living areas and a beautiful open backyard with a fire pit. Our space is conveniently located a few minutes drive from the grocery store, pharmacy and a Home Depot, and a 5 minute drive from the Masonville mall.

Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, full kitchen and 2.5 washrooms. Our space is modern and offers comfortably furnished areas with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long one. Smart home with smart lighting, smart thermostat, smart blinds, smart lock, and smart smoke detectors.

Entry is through a smart lock with keypad. Our living rooms offer comfortable seating with 55" curved TV, large windows, smart blinds and a gas fireplace.
Our dining room offers comfortable seating, views of the backyard. Our breakfast table has counter height seating overlooking our backyard and kitchen. Our coffee station offers a Keurig machine - you can brew upto 12 cups (grounded coffee, filters provided) or brew individual portions with provided k-cups.

Our kitchen offers all the essentials for cooking - stove, oil, utensils, salt, pepper. If you have any specific requests, please message us. For your convenience we provide a dishwasher with washing pods and dish cleaning supplies. We also offer a huge fridge.

Laundry: We offer a laundry room with a dryer and all the supplies.

2nd level offers a master bedroom with attached bath and a king bed with brand new mattress. 3 more rooms with comfortable brand-new queen beds. Another full washroom with tub and shower. Our guest rave about our beds!!! All our upper level washrooms have heated floor.

Our space also offers a backyard with outdoor seating. We also provide a bbq for outdoor cooking and a picturesque fire-pit for enjoyment with family and friends.

Concierge Service available for guest booking 7 nights or more. We can shop for any essentials you would like for your stay. We will cover the first $25 of the bill as well. We already provide oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
