交通の便が良い、設備が良いホテル

交通の便が良く、へやも広くて綺麗、ジム、プールななど充実している。

ロケーション抜群、とてもきれいで高級感あり

今回は業務関係の出張でステイさせて頂きました。市の中心部からも比較的近く、空港へのHeathrow Expressが出るPaddington駅へのタクシーで１０分程度で着いてしまうのでロケーションは文句なしです。Bathroomにはたまたまですがバスタブもあり、お湯の温度も十分でゆっくり休むことができました。WiFiも無料で快適。ロンドンは一般にホテルが高いのですが、コスパはよかったです。

ホテルのスタッフに笑顔なし。ドアマンはアイフォンに夢中で自分でタクシーから重いスーツケースを運んだ。設備は古く、セーフティーボックスは壊れた。星４つと高い料金の根拠がわからない。二度と行かない。

息子3人と4人で滞在しました。4人可の部屋を予約し、 17,19歳の息子、12歳の息子と父が同じベットで寝ました。少々狭い感じはありますが、ヨーロッパのお部屋では普通？だと思います。ホテルの立地は大通りから1本中に入っていて静かでした。最寄り駅marblearch地下鉄、バスも近くてどこに行くにも若干歩くものの不自由さは感じませんでした。朝食は毎日ほとんど変化はありませんが、美味しく頂きました。

繁華街に近く便利

朝食が充実していました。従業員の対応は総じて良いです。ランドリーのピックアップに来なくてクレームをつけたらすぐぬ対応してくれました。室内の電球の交換も言わずとも、すぐに気づいてしてくれました。客室は改装しており、特に問題ありません。

I though that it was nice clean hotel close to Marble Arch, the tube and Paddington station. Selfridges nearby for shopping. Nice hotel

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, safe, conveniently located, and there was a decent restaurant there. The only issue we had was our thermostat broke our last night there and they claimed it could not be fixed. Little effort was put forth from a customer service perspective. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

We had a pretty bad stay. Our room was awful to be honest; small, the lamps flickered/buzzed, the bathroom was insanely dated and ugly, there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ancient air conditioning vent in the morning, and there was an incessant loud clanging sound from pipes the other side of the wall ALL NIGHT. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t realise the noise until bed time as we had been out, and then we were out all day for a wedding the next day and again did not get back until late - otherwise I would have absolutely demanded another room. We had 715 so if you get that when you check in, refuse it!!! Wasn’t overly impressed with how front desk dealt with it this morning when they asked how our stay was. We just explained it was pretty bad in honesty, and they basically said it was a shame and bye! Why ask then? I stayed in a Brussels Marriott last week, an airport Marriott late last year and an NYC Marriott about a year ago. They were all fantastic and were the only reason we felt happy booking this overpriced room for 2 nights. To be in central London a stones throw from some of the most expensive houses in the country and be given this abomination of a room was nothing short of a joke. I’m not a fussy hotel user - a decent bed (the bed here was fine btw) and a clean/quiet space to come back to should be the bare minimum. This was dated, uncomfortable, dark, small, ugly, loud, cramped and it stunk. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel

Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family.

London weekend

Godt hotell i Marble Arch området.

Trivelig hotell med god beliggenhet litt tilbaketrukket fra den trafikkerte Edgeware Road. Vi fikk oppgradert til "family room" uten tilegg i pris. Noe harde madresser trekker litt ned på komforten.

I paid for a King bed and did not get a king bed. The hotel phone in the room did not work so anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs to the front desk. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

The hotel is in good central location though the area can be noisy on weekends. The building is a bit tired and can use a renovation. Having said that, the room had everything we needed, staff was really professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good with ample choice. Overall, good stay

Dated room and overpriced - Avoid this hotel

Overpriced hotel and extremely dated rooms. The had a large portable noisey portable AC unit in the room that needed a duct to go outside via a window. I was with my four year old child and this was extremely difficult room to stay in due to the noise. The window had to be left open for that duct. When I went down to ask them to change the room they said nothing available. The only positive thing in this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. In conclusion, I was glad that I was only there was one night.

Expensive and run down

Hotel room was run down and cramped. Not what I expected from Marriot. Would not stay here again and it wasn't inexpensive.

Mark, at the front desk in the evenings, was a fantastic resource for directing us to, and getting us into, the best places to visit, restaurants and shops, and getting quick access to transportation. He and all of the staff were great! That was just an added bonus perk. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great vacation guys!
