This spacious and stylish raised ground floor 37m2 apartment is in a superb location for the very best of Notting Hill, being only 1 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle, District and Hammersmith lines) and a two minute stroll from the renowned Portobello Road and the plethora of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that Notting Hill has to offer. This studio feels spacious and there is an en suite bathroom with shower, eco shower gel, shampoo and fluffy towels too. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a comfy love seat in the living area with a 42" Android smart TV for those evenings in. Should you wish to eat in there's a round dining table with black velvet dining chairs and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. A super comfortable king size bed awaits with puffy pillows and crisp white sheets and useful bedside wireless phone chargers so you always wake up with your phone fully charged and ready to take lots of pictures in Notting Hill!.
To make sure you can stay connected there is super fast WIFI throughout the studio. You are also located right next door to the famous Sarm recording studios (now Threesixzero) where stars such as Rihanna, One Direction, Kanye West, Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue to name but a few have all recorded, so don’t be surprised if you bump into someone famous on your way to the multitude of bars & restaurants Notting Hill has to offer. For shopping, if Portobello market doesn't have what you need then the huge Westfield shopping centre (largest in Europe) is just two tube stops (4 mins) away. All keyless access to the front door and your separate apartment door means no lock boxes to find or keys to lose. The access codes are messaged to you two days prior to your arrival and you will have sole access to the whole apartment during your stay.
I am happy to help with any questions with the apartment or local knowledge. Message through your booking app and I will usually respond within the hour. On booking you will also receive a link to our house manual which provides some great recommendations for places to see and restaurants and bars to visit - please be sure to add your email address to the booking.

Payment terms: 40% with booking. Balance 30 days before arrival

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Being in central Notting Hill there can be some road / street noise - we provide ear buds for light sleepers.

The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. As well as tobacco this includes vapes, incense sticks etc. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy and you will be asked to vacate early if you breach this policy.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am

Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 2 guests to shower, if long showers are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again.

There is no sofa bed in this apartment.

Perfect location. We loved it!

It was perfect. Everything was as described in the listing so there were no surprises. Spacious enough for 2 people to be comfortable. The flat was very clean and we loved the decor. We spent our days touring so it was nice to crawl into the very comfortable bed at the end of a long day! We were close enough to Portobello to enjoy the market and the shops but not too close that our street was crowded with people. It was also nice to be within walking distance of the tube. Thanks for everything Paul, we will be back again someday! :)
