The place is very clean, nice modern however, it is very hot during summer because there’s no Ac, the electric fan shots on and off, the most thing we don’t like it that there is no lift or elevator. It’s a huddle carrying luggage’s from the ground floor to the fourth floor where we stayed.

Leiligheten lå sentralt, og den var enkel å finne frem til. Den hadde det meste av utstyr som trengtes, og den var ren. På badet var flere av flisene løse, og det var lite trykk på vannet i dusjen. Sofaen var ødelagt, men det gikk an å sitte i den.

My family had an excellent stay here! Home.ly was great about communication and helped us resolved a lock issue day of. The apartment had all the essentials for cooking. I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!

Ótimo apto super bem localizado.

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Ao lado de Chinatown. Bem no coração de Londres, Utensílios de qualidade, cama e sofá confortáveis, check in e check out facilitados. Pequenos detalhes como cortinas e uma mesa com problemas que em nada que atrapalharam nossa estadia. Quem tem problemas com barulho pode não curtir mas é o preço por estar numa das principais avenidas da cidade.

Tiene una excelente ubicación si les gustan las zonas con mucho ambiente, aunque hay que considerar que es una zona ruidosa. El apartamento era muy grande y cómodo, el único aspecto negativo era el acceso al edificio ya que estaba algo sucio y eran muchas escaleras para subir al apartamento.

Great location and comfortable bed. A little delay in cleaning the unit (it was after 3pm and we waited to get in). But overall we enjoyed it. No AC but the fans worked.

Unfortunately we left after one night and lost all of our money. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was also very loud. We live in a major city on a busy street and still found this ridiculously loud late into the night. We were offered no solutions to our problems, so we left and went to a hotel. If they had been willing to offer any assistance we would have stayed. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your money. Both bedside lamps had stickers on bottom saying they had failed inspection. One of them didn’t work, which is why we looked at the bottom.

The check-in process was a disaster. We didn't receive the necessary information to access the apartment on time and were left waiting outside after multiple unanswered phone calls. Eventually, someone reached out and attempted to resolve the issue, claiming it was due to the deposit—even though I had paid it immediately upon receiving their communication email. The apartment itself is fine, aside from some noise, which is acceptable. The location is great, surrounded by many good restaurants and grocery stores. While I wouldn’t say the entire experience was bad, it was definitely a rough start—especially for the kids, who were scared after a 10-hour flight. Not the welcome we were hoping for.
