1泊後中1日でその後2日連泊しました。 スーツケースを宿泊日でない日も預かってもらい、全てばらばらで予約したにも関わらず連泊の日はグレードが違った部屋だったのに同じ部屋にしていただきました。 場所もよく、ロンドン観光の際はまた使いたいと思います。

ロケーションが抜群でどこへ行くにも便利でした。 アメリカのチェーン店なので最低バスタブはあると思っていたが、トイレと隔たりのないシャワー、注意が必要でストレスでした。また、エアコンの温度調節ができなく寒い思いをする。

It was ok. Iv stayed in nicer rooms at other Hilton locations. It was a good location to stay at. We had a rubbish view but they did accommodate use by allowing us in to the room early so we were very greatful. Few marks on the bathroom worktops which were obviously stained before. But other than that, happy with our stay.

Great location
Brilliant hotel right beside river Thames, Lovely rooms with view of the shard 3 minute walk from London Bridge station, Great selection At breakfast the omelettes were lovely. Nice trendy bar area with good selection of drinks, all the staff are friendly and efficient. This is our go to hotel when in London

Lovely one night stay
Great location, lovely room. Bed was super comfortable. Nice to have some drinks inculded in the room. Not a fan of the pillows (that's the same as for hotels in general), next time I would wait for a room that did not just have a 'wet room' style bathroom...i was advised at check it was a 'walk in' shower though. We chose to have dinner at the hotel....pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the food and drinks were considering it was a hotel in central london.

Nice hotel but breakfast could improve
Nice hotel that we have stayed at a number of times. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit of a let down, with limited choice relative to other Hilton’s we have stayed in recently. Room was fine and staff were nice.

Muy buena zona. El hotel muy comodo, limpio y con buena atencion del personal. Tener el puente de Londres a 3 minutos caminando es una maravilla. Hay mucho por recorrer en esa zona y tienes la estacion del metro y tren justo enfrente. Muy recomendable

Es un hotel muy cómodo, la atención del personal es muy buena, tiene un bar en la pb muy agradable y el restaurante para desayunar estar muy bien. Tienes la estación de metro y tren enfrente. Sales del hotel a tu derecha, caminas media cuadra y llegas el rio Támesis y ves el Puente de Londres, la vista, sobre todo de noche es espectacular. Hay mucho que caminar y ver en esa zona. Seguro volveremos

Arrived early but no probkem checking in and given an uograded room. Room was very big, comfortable and clean, lovely bathroom - only downside was the bath drained slowly while you were in it!
