First staff encountered was not professional. The rest of the team including the manager and Expedia helped me but after I got stressed out in the first night. She checked-me-in the in the wrong room, because people in the hotel decided to extend their stay last minute, while I was waiting in the reception to be checked-in. Priority should be for the person booked long time ago (me) not for the person decide last minute( the one staying in the room I am supposed to be checked-in).
She also checked-in other people came after me while I was waiting, she said they are "frequent costumers". more important than me.
She said they have important matter, a wedding. but when I shared that I had a serious health condition, she laugh and rolled her eyes suggesting that the wedding is more important than my health condition.
I had to accept the wrong room because it was getting late and I needed to be in the hospital early morning. I was tired, stressed mentally and physically by the treatment and the results of this staff.
The other hotel staff are wonderful including the manager and Expedia too. They helped me move my room in another day. The hotel facility and staff are very nice, except one person.
