Many thanks for your review, I am sorry to hear the bedroom was not to your liking, all of our rooms are very different in style and size. We have since the announcement of the hotel closure changed many of the hotel operations including the breakfast buffet, this has been really well received by the majority of our guests. I know that many of the Handpicked Hotels that have been or are going through renovations are adding in more electric sockets, my apologies there was no hairdryer, this is a standard product and should have been in one of the drawers, our Duty manger team would have been happy to bring one up to you . I am sorry that our Restaurant and Room Service operations is no longer, we had to make some changes based on both demand and a reduced team in light of the hotel closing on December 23rd of this year.The team do try there best to deliver where time permits. I will certainly follow-up with the kitchen regarding the buns, they are a Pretzel Dough Bun which is traditionally a little firmer than the traditional bun.
