The kitchen does not include a dishwasher. The sofa bed sleeps one additional guest but must be requested at the time of booking, with additional charges applied. The homeowner may occasionally require access to the shed and garden to collect personal items or carry out basic maintenance – this would not involve entering the home and you'll be given a minimum of 24–48 hours' notice.

For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.
