Cozy little apartment in a good location. Stayed with our two kids. Easy to get all over London from Sloane station. Good restaurants in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. More would be very cramped.

Our stay at this Chelsea apartment was overall a positive experience, with a few important considerations to note. The location is excellent close to shops, restaurants, and transport links and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, comfortable and clear communication with the host. However, the building’s elevator presented significant challenges, particularly for families with young children and strollers or guests with large luggage. Access to the elevator requires climbing a steep staircase, and climbing another set of stairs after arriving at the floor level to get to the apartment. Unfortunately, my friend and I became trapped while transporting luggage. It was an unsettling experience that lasted about fifteen minutes, and we were fortunate that my husband was nearby to find assistance promptly.In terms of the apartment’s interior, while the space was well-maintained and tidy, the living room furniture appeared somewhat worn and dated, which may not meet expectations given the nightly rate.Overall, this property offers an excellent location and generous space, but prospective guests should be aware of the building’s accessibility limitations and the need for some updates to the furnishings.

The flat is in a lovely quiet neighborhood.The flat was very clean and the towels and bed linens were of nice quality.The host was agreeable to our early check in and met usat the appointed time. Any questions we had we quickly answered.We really enjoyed the flat and the neighborhood amenities.

Great location and good apartment. Several minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, faucets need tightening, closets in BR do not open properly). All fixable, but need to be completed. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom amenities were noted in listing but no shower soap or shampoo were found. 2nd BR is very small (can’t walk around the bed) and not really suitable for 2 adults.

This was a perfect location for our first stay in London. Centrally located, easy walk to the tube and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. There is a lift to help with heavy bags. The building is very quiet as is the neighborhood so we enjoyed open windows and fresh air in the evenings. Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the espresso fully stocked! We would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely perfect location and the apartment was so, so clean! It smelled good, the bed was very comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of towels. Only thing to notice, is the description states there is a dryer, but what they have is a drying rack. We just did small loads each night or so and used the drying rack. No problem, you just need to plan. The washing machine was wasy to use and the dishwasher worked great! We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend. You won't be sorry!

Th check in process went smoothly with the host making contact early in the process and providing clear instructions. The apartment is in the heart of Sloane Square with all amenities within walking distance including the station. It was quiet and comfortable. Coupled with the AC it provided my family of 3 restful nights sleep as well as a place to relax after sightseeing in London, Kensington and Chelsea.

Perfect stay in London!

You cannot find a better location — a short walk to shops, restaurants, groceries, and the tube in one of London’s best neighborhoods! While the bedrooms are a bit small, they are brightly lit and lovely. We really appreciated the clever use of space, with multiple closets and cabinets to hang clothing and store items. The air conditioning was amazing during the heat. Our only issue — a light switch that broke — was fixed promptly even though it was over the weekend, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and would definitely return!

Incredible property. Super clean and everything worked without any problems. The host was awesome and made sure we checked with in without any issues. I would definitely stay at this location next time I visit London.

Lovely Property but NOT Accessible as Described

Great place and location. Very clean and quiet.Advertised as accessible due to the presence of an elevator. The use of the elevator required walking up one flight of stairs with a railing and then, after taking the elevator, walking up another flight of stairs with no railing. Additionally both bathrooms were advertised as having a shower only when one had a bath tub that was quite difficult to climb into and out of.

Great location and comfortable apartment

Apartment was very accommodating for our stay in London. It was in the heart of Chelsea and very close to the Tube stop. Flat was on the 4th floor but there was a lift if we didn't want to climb the stairs. The company was helpful in our check-in and -out process.

Excellent location

Great location on a beautiful street. The pictures were exactly as the unit is -- except the laundry room, which is basically a pit. Zero communication leading up to check in and then we were told they thought they had been massaging with us, but had been messaging with someone else who just happened to have the same first name and that's why there was confusion. Ultimately, the check in went totally smooth but even just 8 hours before we were worried. Then upon check-in and then again in a follow up text we were advised to say we are friends of the owner, if asked (which we were not), but nonetheless it made us feel slightly uncomfortable. The furnishings are a bit bare -- low quality furniture and there are no extra towels or wash clothes or blankets --like you get the exact bare minimum of what you need. Ultimately, we were hardly there so it worked out fine, but it's not plush for the price paid, but it's definitely accomodating. We would potentially consider staying here again as the location is premier.

Fantastic Apartment!!!

First , Great location …1 min walk from Harrods and our favourite restaurant …Zuma…you are in the middle of the action Bedrooms are big with lots of lights….each one with its own bathroom and the living room is quite big as well! Thank you for having us…hopefully we’ll be back soon!! ;)
