Booked "double bed room" with breakfast (hotel overview on Japanese site says "breakfast is served for free)" but upon arrival they put me into asmall singlebed room. After insisting a double room, then changed to a non windows downstairs double room although their pictures on the internet clearly shows sun light from windows. After negotiating with hotel & expedia, they brought me to a singlebed room upstairs (still single) 2nd night, then 3rd night, they finally prepared a double bed room but no breakfast. According to hotel, breakfast was just complimentatly and usually it is not inclusive. Due to overseas call, hardly get to communicate with local Expedia, then no option, and no energy was left for further battle with this hotel. During my stay, I saw so many hotel guests were always around reception bringing many types of claims. After getting back I claimed Epedia. They admitted it was Expedia's mistake, but no reimburse is accepted without receipts of breakfast. (actually I gave up breakfast there. Still Expedia Japanese site is saying "breakfast is served for free" so it's tricky!!! 要注意ホテルです! 朝食は日本語サイトでは予約時に有りになっており、予約後には含まれていないかのような表示になります。ホテル概要を見ると朝食は無料と記載あり、事前に電話でEXPEDIAにも確認しましたが、いざ現地では含まれていないの一点張りで食べれませんでした。ダブルルームの予約が、初日はシングルへ、ダブルを主張すると地下部屋へ押し込まれ、翌日は地上のシングル、三日目にようやく地上のダブルへ、ただしここから朝食が有料になります。(これまではお詫びの印だったと)滞在中沢山の客がレセプションにシャワーが出ない等のクレームで集まってました。エレベーターもなくシングルはあり得ないくらい小さい部屋。プラグ形状は英国用の物が使えません!出張中にホテルとエクスペディア日本への対応で時間も労力も使い複数回部屋を変わり過去最低のホテルでした!あり得ません!
