- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is located on the second floor with no external elevator access. This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers, children, or pets. There is no door on the bedroom. When water is used in this home, noise from the pump in the kitchen can be heard. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. There are no blinds in the living room or kitchen of this home. The red HiFi speaker in the sitting room is not currently in use as it awaits repair. There is construction taking place on a building behind this home and noise can be heard at times within the home.
