The property is located in central area which walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and sightseeing locations. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The rug was very dirty. Otherwise it was generally clean. Room service didn’t clean when we had requested even though we double requested on the front desk. Nice central location with tube close by.

Everything was amazing. The view was great, the room was clean, modern, and big. The tube and bus stop super close and convenient. The staff were so helpful. An added bonus was the AC. We happened to stay during one of the hest waves and the AC was such a relief. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't say enough positive things about it.

First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you.

Very well located steps from Mansion House tube station. THe room itself was very large, clean and airconditioned. Perfectly equipped full kitchen. The only downside is that rooms are not made available even minutes before 4PM checkin without a very hefty fee.

It was a great stay. The staff was fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only two relatively minor things to note though. Maybe this is normal in London, but literally everything in the room has its own wall switch. Including the WiFi router, which took me a while to find. The TV was also on its last legs. I only used it to watch YouTube and I quickly learned that once a video was playing, even adjusting the volume was too much for it to handle and the TV would stutter at best and turn off at best. Even if I didn’t touch the remote, it would eventually do this anyway (an obligatory sleep timer?).

We had two rooms and both offered plenty of space. There was a loveseat in each room (great for sitting but you could not have a person sleep on it due to the length). The bathroom was clean with plenty of room for two people to get ready at the same time. The only glitch in our time there is that the reservation asked us for names for each room when we booked (we booked both at the same time under one account). Not sure why they needed names so I gave my name for one and my husband for the other. This created confusion when we checked in because it went into their system as two different reservations (again - not sure how since we paid as one). They had trouble finding the second one and once they did they required a separate "hold" payment because it was under another name. Very frustrating since we booked and paid as one. However, this was the only glitch and the rest of our stay was lovely.
