The property was clean and in a pleasant area, but I cannot recommend staying here because of negligence on the part of management. There was little to no communication until the day of my stay, when check-in instructions were sent last minute and only after I asked for them. There were two major repair issues at the flat: the door to the shower stall was completely broken (making it impossible to shower without water getting everywhere) and the windows were incorrectly installed so you couldn’t close them all the way or lock them (it got so cold in the flat at night and this felt like a safety issue because it’s on the first floor). When I alerted management about the repair issues, they said they would come by to address them, but never did. When I followed up, they offered a refund, but have never issued it. They have also continually ignored my attempts to follow up for several weeks.

Not bad for 60 pounds a night any more and i would expect a lot more attention to detail

It's in a great location with onstreet parking. Quite noisy but a lot of earplugs supplied for sleeping! I hope the fridge gets fixed and the tv remote was very annoying.

A good apartment in Crofton Park- great location!

The flats a nice compact apartment- great for a weekend in the lovely Crofton Park. Overground and mainline within 2-10 mins walk. We didn’t get the lockbox code or instructions so had to call up so that could be improved upon. The bathroom had a damp smell but was seemingly clean. Bed was comfy and had everything you need for a weekend trip!

Nice apartment in the suburbs.

Enjoyed our stay there. It is exactly as advertised, a small apartment in the suburbs. Easy to get to the trains. Local pubs and restaurants are good and less expensive than being closer in to the city. It is on a major road (Broxley) so has a bit of traffic noise. The property manager was great to work with and super responsive.
