Bad Experience, would NOT recommend
On our day of check in we were notified that the property was not available but not to worry, they could accommodate us in a different property. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment… the one given to us was NOT what we booked and only had 1 bedroom which was not enough space. They did allow us to check in early which was nice of them but we had to work check in and out on their schedule as they had to be there to physically hand over keys which almost made us miss our train when checking out as we were asked to wait 45 mins for them to arrive past our agreed upon time. There was no cutlery in the apartment we stayed in other than one fork and a single plastic spoon. There wasn’t even a bin bag in the bin. The host was responsive but not particularly helpful. We decided to just get on with our trip as we didn’t have much time but I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
