On warmer days, huge bi-fold doors open onto the garden’s patio deck – ideal for al fresco drinks while children enjoy the large lawn (please note children must be supervised when using garden play equipment).
Upstairs, five double bedrooms are spread across two light-filled floors. Each is uniquely styled, with the top floor bathed in sunlight from skylights. Two bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms, complemented by a family shower room and a downstairs cloakroom.
Please be aware that a dog usually lives in the house, though will not be present during your visit. Only one additional pet per booking is permitted with an extra charge of £40, and pets are not allowed upstairs.
Location Set on a desirable residential street, the house is just moments from the shops, cafés, and restaurants of Streatham High Road, as well as the wide-open spaces of Tooting Bec and Streatham Commons. Tooting Bec Lido, tennis courts, and an athletics track are all close by.
For transport, the Northern Line is accessible via Tooting Bec or Balham Underground stations, while Streatham and Streatham Hill mainline stations offer fast overground services into central London and the City.
