Welcome to my charming 1-bed flat in peaceful Brixton, offering stunning views of Slade Gardens and London’s skyline, including The Shard and the City of London. Ideally located in Zone 2, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Stockwell tube station, providing excellent transport links to London’s West End and the City. You’ll also be a short walk from the authentic atmosphere of Little Portugal and Brixton’s vibrant restaurants, bars, and music scene, including the famous O2 venue!
The apartment is situated on the third floor of the new building with lift access and boasts a tranquil setting near Slade Gardens, offering stunning views of the city skyline and The Shard.

The open-plan living area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa and TV for your entertainment, a charming dining area for three, and large windows leading to a private balcony with an outdoor dining area for two.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, ready to inspire your culinary creations.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed with hotel-quality linens, promises a restful night's sleep and provides ample space for your belongings.

The bathroom, featuring a relaxing bathtub, is stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels for your comfort.

The property will be meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. I hope you enjoy your stay!
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
