Bright 2BR - 2Bath Apt with Balcony | Kentish Town

This spacious, modern 2-bedroom apt features 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony. It is 15 minutes from Camden Town, located on a peaceful road. The apartment entrance is on the 2nd floor, accessible via lift; the flat has amenities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The living area has a sofa, dining table, chairs and a Smart TV. Fiber WiFi is available throughout.


ENTRANCE:
The entrance is on the 2nd floor via elevator.

OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher
- An open living area with a comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a floor lamp.
- Private balcony

BEDROOM 1 / ENSUITE:
- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a spacious wardrobe, and bedside lamps.
Ensuite bathroom with shower.

BEDROOM 2 :
- Features a Double bed (190cm x 135cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with a monitor

All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room.


- PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- PLEASE NOTE: Kentish Town tube station will be closed until summer 2024.
- PLEASE NOTE! The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 4 guests. For bookings of 4 guests or less, 2 double beds are provided. Please inquire for more details.
- PLEASE NOTE: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
