Beautiful London garden room with private patio

This beautiful light and airy self contained studio with private patio is perfect for a central London stay . It is located to the side of our home in a large tranquil garden and accessed by a separate entrance. Guests can self-check in and out from the key box
The studio is located on a quiet residential road, but only 5 mins from the high street offering a variety of shops, cafes, bars and a Picturehouse cinema.
Dulwich, Crystal Palace, and Brockwell parks are all within walking distance and beautiful Dulwich Village is also a short walk away.
Free on street parking is always available, buses are a 3 mins walk away .
We are located between 3 mainline stations .
TULSE HILL railway station is 12 minutes walk away and from here you can get to Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead and Heathrow , St Pancras International and the City also the the south coast. You may also take trains from here to Wimbledon (14 minutes approx.) London Bridge and Blackfriars , where you can get to Covent Garden and The Southbank .
WEST DULWICH Station ( 15 min walk ) will get you to Victoria in 12 minutes , close to Buckingham Palace and Green Park
WEST NORWOOD is a 12 min walk and will get you to Clapham junction and Victoria stations
A 2 mins walk to the end of the road will take you to various buses going to BRIXTON underground /tube in 20 mins and other mainline stations where you can access all central London destinations.

La portion cuisine se résume à un petit réfrigérateur, un grille-pain et une bouilloire, donc pas équipée pour cuisiner. Une épicerie est à 6-7 min. de marche.Un peu loin du centre-ville, soit au moins 50 min.; marche/métro/train ou bus combinés.Logis très propre et mignon. Lit confo malgré un sofa-lit.

Absolutely stunning place. Nicola and Francis are so accommodating and gracious as hosts. I had a last minute change and needed somewhere to book the same night and Nicola was so quick to work with me and figure out everything that was needed to work it out. Very lovely!

Cozy, clean, well-equipped, bright, studio. Lovely large garden. We really enjoyed having private outdoor patio. Can’t say enough about kindness by hosts. They were available and ready to help, but never intrusive.

Property was in a beautiful garden in a quiet resedential area. Close to bus stop .10 to 15 minute walk to West Dulwich train station for fast trip to downtown Victoria Station. Very comfortable and enjoyable. The host, Nicola, was friendly and helpful. LIMITED cooking facilities but great place to stay.

An ideal, tranquil, and conveniently located base for exploring London.

It's a clean, comfy studio near buses and three train stations. I used all the stations the three days I stayed. What sold me was how quiet everyone said it was, and they were right! It's London, but peaceful – you can actually sleep! Perfect base for exploring. The owners were exceptionally friendly and responsive. A great VRBO experience!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our holiday in the accommodation. Everything worked great and the communication with the hosts worked very well. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The area is a bit out of Central London but there is everything you need within walking distance (restaurants, cafes, supermarket). The only thing that bothered us a bit was the lack of storage space for clothes. But very good value for money for London.

Mooie en prettige studio

De studio van Nicola is een fijne locatie als voor een week of weekend naar Londen gaat. De verbindingen met Bus en Trein zijn dichtbij waardoor je met ca. 25-30 minuten in het centrum van Londen. Tevens zijn er rondom de studio voldoende winkels en restaurants.

Beautiful garden suite

Arrived at the lovely garden suite , access as stated so no issues at all . Property was lovely and well thought out , very organised and comfortable . Lovely welcome and thoughtful welcome pack of tea, coffee , milk and biscuits , water and a lovely bottle of chilled Prosecco that we enjoyed that evening on the outside decked area . Great access to trains in and out of London . Thank you to the hosts Francis and Nicola for a lovely stay .

Lovely place for a short stay

Nicola was extremely responsive during our stay. The place was clean and bright, and we had everything we needed. With just a short walk for a bus or train, we’ll certainly stay here again on our next trip to London.

Neatly designed studio in quiet location

The garden studio is quiet, cosy, and private, and has been designed and fitted out using quality materials. The living area is small in size but has been very well equipped, and the shower, bed comfort, and Wi-Fi are good.
