Top London Hotel Reviews

Otherwander Soho Pod Hotel (ADULTS ONLY)
10/10 Excellent
"Terrific place and a godsend when you need a pillow! Thanks Otherwander Team."

Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington
8/10 Good
"Ideally located, just a short walk to several museums and key attractions. Although a single room, it was not too small and had all the amenities that a double room would have - own bathroom, hairdryer, iron, etc. Check-in was straightforward. Both evening meals were very nice, and all staff very helpful. Overall, very enjoyable trip."

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
10/10 Excellent
"Very close to the Big Ben and London eye 3 - 5 min walk"

a&o London Docklands Riverside
8/10 Good
"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."

Strand Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Strand Palace is in the perfect location to enjoy the highlights of the city. We were able to walk to Trafalgar Square and it's in close proximity to the Hop/on Hop/off buses. Really enjoyed our stay"

Atrium Hotel Heathrow
10/10 Excellent
"My family and I had a marvelous stay at Atrium Hotel Heathrow. The double-bedded room was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent sleep quality. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The dining experience was also impressive. Caffé Mauro offered a reasonably priced early dinner, and the pint of beer was the best beer experience I have ever had. Breakfast at the Orange Tree Restaurant was another highlight, with a fruitful and delicious buffet selection that gave us a great start to the day. The leisure facilities were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, which were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. There are only a couple of small areas for improvement: my son felt the pool lighting was a little too dim and would prefer a brighter environment. My wife also found that the shower drainage in the female changing room was slightly slow, making it a little inconvenient. Overall, these minor points did not affect our wonderful experience. Atrium Hotel Heathrow provided excellent comfort, great food, and outstanding facilities. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers."

Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4
10/10 Excellent
"Great for a short one night, Stay"

The Cumberland, London
10/10 Excellent
"Location, Location, Location! This is the perfect hotel centrally located to nearby tube and bus stops which helped tremendously with navigating the city. Room and amenities were good nothing over the top the decor was awesome lots of photo opportunities in the lobby. There was a smell going on in the lobby not sure exactly what the case was could be a sewer line. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the doorman is a gem."

Sofitel London Heathrow
8/10 Good
"The check-in staff was terrific. He was cheerful, explained how to get to different areas, made suggestions, was efficient. Our room was clean but smelled very musty. The bed is very comfortable. Good luck figuring out the elevator buttons on where you need to go. It’s very confusing and not well marked. It’s the strangest room numbering system ever. Ex. Room 2302 is on the third floor. When reaching the 3rd floor, you pass aisles of rooms marked 4300, next aisle 3300, then 2300, then 1300 all on the same floor. Soooo odd. For a quick overnight , it’s worth it not to leave the airport."
