The hotel is very well located for Paddington station and the staff were very helpful and went beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Water was provided and a packed breakfast because I needed to catch a train before the breakfast times. I was also provided some vouchers to use in local cafe's etc, which was very useful.

Rooms were cleaned daily, the atea was relatively quiet, and the staff were always available if any questions arose. It’s located very close to paddington station, as well as several bus stations, so it’s easy to use public transportation. Overall, had a very positive experience here and no problems.
