Welcome to my fully equipped flat in the heart of Dalston, Hackney—often hailed as one of the coolest neighborhoods in London. This is my personal home, available while I'm away, offering you a comfortable and authentic London experience.
You'll be within walking distance of two major stations, numerous bus routes, and surrounded by some of the city's top restaurants, cafes, and parks. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, this flat offers the perfect base for your stay. I welcome long stays, reach out for a special deal.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.Énormément d'humidité sur les murs taché de noir d'humidité chambres et cuisine.Les draps et couvertures des chambres et du salon canapé tâchés par l'humidité avec des taches de sang marron. Les toilettes et la salle de bain très sales il a fallu que je lave tout avant de nous servir de la salle de bain.Le tapis de salle de bain et rideau est noir de tâches d'humidité. Il y a un appareil pour l'humidité que l'on a vidé est nettoyé filtres . Nous avons une amie qui a séjourné avec nous et elle a des problème de santé donc j'espère qu'il n'y aura pas suite à cause de ces problèmes d'humidité. Si il faut j'ai des photos.

Arrivée compliquée puisqu’il a fallu se battre avec la boîte à clé. Un peu déçus du logement, loué pour 6 avec 4 chaises. Emplacement dans un quartier sécurisé. Arrêt de bus et commerces proches (épicerie, pharmacie…).

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in London. Die Wohnung ist wiklich großzügig mit viel Platz und die Bücher sind toll.Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung und es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschiene. Die Lage ist super spannend. Viele Multicultisupermärkte mit günstigem Obst und Gemüse. Auch ein Aldi und ein MS sind in der Nähe. U-Bahn und Bus fahren war einfach. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele coole Bars und Locations im Umfeld auch ein toller Park um mal von der Großstadt Luft zu holen! Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

From the outside it does not make a great impression but the neighbours are quiet and nice enough.Paulo's flat is very nice inside and secure on the second floor.The accommodation offers everything you could want and lots of space which we appreciated as we had our dog.Paulo was always very responsive.Beware the parking charges are extra (12 pounds per day).The day of the c heck out they start giving fines early as we got one at 8.41am!!! So not great on that score.We were very dispappointed by only a 10 pound discount from a total of 812 euros plus parking when we told him that there would only be one bedroom required as our friend could not come due to her son being hospitalised. Very stingy!

Great family friendly plade

Paolo is extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.The flat has all a family needs.It’s not fancy hence not a 5 Star accommodation, but it’s very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The stairwell & outside looks a bit rough but it’s not the hosts fault. He has plants hanging on his landing which adds a pleasant ambiance. We felt very safe overall. The neighbors all seemed very nice as well. The fiat is on the top floor but it’s an easy walk up and we liked the exercise. The location is in a residential area that’s easy to access via public transportation or Ubers etc…It’s a quick easy walk to a very nice park.Lots of good shops all around.Very diverse local population, which we appreciated.I highly recommend staying here.It was affordable, spacious, has great energy in the flat and Paolo is a wonderful host.You can see the sunrise from the kitchen and the sunset from the living room. Tons of light and birds chirping. We really enjoyed our stay.Thank you for a lovely home away from home. The Vanderwerfs

Knowing London

My partner and I had a great stay! The place was perfect for remote work, with a reliable and fast internet connection. The location was excellent—close to public transport, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood had everything we needed, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was a comfortable and convenient stay.
