Royal Garden Hotel
"We had an issue with not getting our case delivered as promised and had to go to find out where it was after 45 minutes but all was fine after that. Lovely hotel, in a great location."

Strand Palace Hotel
"For a hotel so perfectly situated there was no residents lounge area. Nowhere to chill quietly. No dressing tables in the rooms. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have a dressing table. Seating was in reception near the main door where it was cold. Breakfast was excellent though"
