Our home can accommodate up to 4 persons in two fully air-conditioned areas. A beautiful and relaxing garden with roof terrace and barbeque area is also available for our guests. Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 60m2 of interior space. It offers one double bedroom plus living room area with two sofas that turn into two extra single beds. Both areas are air-conditioned. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a modern bathroom with shower. Shampoo, soap and other essentials/toiletries are provided. A washing machine is available in the house free for our guests to use.
You will definitely love the wonderful roofed terrace with the garden overlooking the sea and the mountains of Evia island in the background. There is a sitting or dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading your book outdoors. An outdoors stone built barbeque and oven are available for some cooking al fresco! If you are traveling with children this garden is fenced and totally safe offering hours of nonstop fun. Private parking is available.

Our home is located in a quiet and residential area close to Theologos seaside town. Theologos is just a 10’ minute drive away offering a range of shops and services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and fish taverns. Theologos is conveniently located just a 1h and 30’ from the center of Athens and 1h and a half away from the world famous Delphi archeological site or the popular winter resort of Arachova. At the nearby town of Arkitsa, you can take the ferry to Evia island offering various beaches, mountain hikes and thermal spas to explore. Finally, the famous thermal spas of Kamena Vourla are a 48-minute drive away.
