Just 50m from the beach, in the resort of Porto San Paolo, this 2nd-floor studio apartment makes an ideal base for friends or a family looking for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Sardinia.

The apartment can sleep up to 3 people and consists of an open-plan living area, with French windows opening out onto a shaded balcony. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, so guests can dine al fresco and enjoy the sea view over to Tavolara Island. Inside, the living space has a bunk bed, which can be used as a sofa during the day. The room is also furnished with a dining table/breakfast bar, with a flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a hob and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
There is a bunk bed in the living room and a 3rd single bed which can be pulled out.

Bathroom
The attractively tiled bathroom has a glass shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Location
Porto San Paolo is a picturesque resort, known for its pristine white sand and turquoise sea. It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, whether you want to lie on the beach or enjoy a wide selection of water sports.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock, just 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).

Olbia airport, is just a 16-minute drive.
