「Genuinely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Started right when we got there. The “lobby” wasn’t even a lobby , had to play a wild goose chase to figure out who to even talk to about getting my key . Apparently the motel and the pizza restaurant that is attached to the building are run by the same people who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.
