The accommodations were fine; the management leaving the young lady by herself to deal with check in and all the issues during our stay was uncalled for. She should have had additional help. She did a fantastic job under the circumstances. The fire place was non functional, the direct TV issue consumed too much of the young ladies time to fix and the breakfast was a bit cold.

We always enjoy staying at the anniversary in our room is clean staff is extremely friendly very accommodating as we were a late check-in and was able to still get our key at the lockbox and get in... The food is always amazing and as always as nice too have it delivered right outside your door at whatever time you would like. And the themed rooms spark your imagination enough to keep you talking about something for days and months on end after the experience 5Stars 100%

Checking in was a cluster and the staff was overwhelmed. We asked for ice which was directly behind the check encounter and were told we would have to wait and they would bring it to our room. The ice never arrived. When we asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels we were told we had to request them through the front desk even though I could see a storage room that was stocked with towels. I ended up just getting them myself. We had no place to put our garbage so we put it in the hall and it stayed there all weekend . The refrigerator in our room smelled of old food from previous guests.The hallway and common areas of our building were covered with leaves that were tracked in by shoes. It was not vacuumed the entire weekend. The wine glass provided in a room was broken and post a cutting hazard. We stayed in the fire and ice room which lacked any drawers or closets to unpack. The room is very small.The counter space is limited and there are no side tables or clock in the room. My overall impression of the staff is that they lack hotel and customer service experience. They are young and seem overwhelmed. I would not stay here again. It is overpriced.

Not at all what was expected, especially for the cost. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. There should be a coffee pot and microwave in the rooms for those of us who come from out of town.

We've been to the AI several times, but this time it just felt dated and old. It has been the same for 30 years. What was once really impressive is just okay today.

Underwhelmed

The room was clean. The only problem with cleaning was what ever chemicals are being used in the shower made it almost unusable once the water hit it as it was so slick we almost had multiple falls. The bigger problems with this trip was the lack of communication. Having the only phone number available out of order was ridiculous. Couldn't call to confirm, couldn't order room service. Half the time no one was at the front desk. It was a night mare. Breakfast was 25 minutes late which screwed up plans. Then breakfast came with warm yogurt parfaits and soggy Croissants. Then they dropped a tray of dishes outside our room and left pieces of broken plate and glass from our room all the way down 2 flights of stairs. For the Experience and price... I would be hard to recommend this to anyone. This was with only 5 people staying in the whole place. I can't imagine on a busy weekend.

The room itself was okay but one of the breakfast meals was minus half of it and they didn’t ask if we wanted it replaced by some other option. That first meal also didn’t taste very good. The TV that was advertised by the sauna we were told did not work at the present time. The bed was very hard. Bedroom TV Batteries were dead and it took us a day to figure it out because the front desk had no clue. Really, little assistance or offers to address our issues. We have thoroughly enjoyed this propert over the last 35+ years but were very disappointed with this stay😕

The room decor was unique and wonderful, but the facilities felt tired and the experience fell short of the "wow" we expected given the price and reputation of the hotel. Good: The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi tub worked well. The room murals and appearance was amazing. Breakfast (brought to our room) was very good. Disappointing: In many places the painted murals were damaged and worn. The walls had gouges, paint on the closet door knobs and wall switch plates was worn off and never repainted. The pole lamp in the bedroom didn't work - the switch was broken. The four toiletry bottles for shampoo, lotion, etc. were four different brands, making it look like a bargain grab bag. The glass top for a tree stump table was missing one rubber bumper, so the glass tipped whenever you leaned on that side. The massage table was provided without any sheets or towels - just a vinyl table. The bathroom fixtures - mirror, showerhead, cabinet - looked to be decades old and tired. And so on. For the price, we expected a premium experience, and it fell short. We have wanted to stay at an Anniversary Inn for a long time. It was good, but not excellent, experience as we expected.

It was a fun stay

Make sure you have something to cover the window. The room we were in you could see the bed through the gap between the blind and the window. Had to use luggage and a towel to close the gap.

A little outdated but very comfortable ! Parking was close to door, breakfast served at our door . Which was a surprise! Only thing is there were 2 nails protruding on front of bed frame that could have caused a big scratch . I have told front desk about it and they will look into it .

Stay Away!!!!! No Air Conditioning!

I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Worst experience I have ever had. There was NO air conditioning. We ended up leaving at 1am because it was up to 74 degrees in the room. The after hours phone number was DISCONNECTED. The fan in the room was super loud. The bed was hard. There were no extra pillows. And what was their response? We're really sorry. That's it.

Love the themed rooms, need a little more attention to detail for dusting and smudges. Super easy parking and check in. There's dining, a park, and the Logan Temple nearby.
