Holiday Beach! Beautifully remodeled and fully furnished, first-floor condo in Panama City Beach. The condo is located on the beach side of Holiday Drive. Surrounded by Multi-Million Beach Villas and Mansions. This Neighborhood was the location of the Old MTV party house, 20+ years ago. Now it is much different, however, with local residents and families, spending much of the time here.

Holiday Drive, Unit 13

The property is ideally located just steps from Panama City Beach, Public Beach Access Points: 12, 13, 14 and 15 (SEE PHOTOS).

The condo boasts recent upgrades, including a new HVAC system and fresh paint throughout in 2023. In 2024, the bathroom was updated with a new vanity, commode, and stylish vinyl plank flooring. The property also boasts a spacious, separate laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer.

Amenities at the property include an outdoor shower, a community in-ground pool, brand new stairs and railing and a private parking space. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of restaurants, dining options, and shopping just a short walk away.
