「We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. 「It is located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the country. A perfect place to relax for a few days.」

「Fantastic views of the river and the hotel is in a lovely location.」

「I travelled with my 2 year old daughter. The bedding was absolutely filthy. Hairs, stains of unknown bodily fluids, some looked very much like blood. 「It was basic but clean, bed was comfortable was ideal for what we wanted」

「A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area.」

「自然豊かでとても素敵なところです。 山の中にあるので、車で行く人が多いと思うので、駐車場がもう少し広いと良かったと思います。 ホテルの人は絶妙な距離感でリラックス出来ました。」

「Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved.」
