「All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! 「Schönes Haus in guter Lage. Unser Apartment war groß und sauber. Enttäuschend war, dass viele Geräte und andere Dinge nicht funktioniert haben: das Ofenblech hat nicht gepasst, sodass wir den Ofen nur schlecht nutzen konnten. Spül-, Wasch- und Kaffeemaschine haben alle nicht gut funktioniert. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme, weil die Füße kaputt waren. Am Tag vom Check-in konnten wir die Vermieter nicht erreichen. Aber die Reinigungskraft war da und hat uns rein gelassen.」

「Pros: Gute Lage, schöne Buchten fußläufig zu erreichen, sauber. Cons: Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Es gibt nicht genügend Utensilien zum kochen. Die Betten fanden wir leider sehr unbequem. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört alles was über oder neben einem passiert. Insgesamt sehr einfach ausgestattet aber vollkommen in Ordnung.」

「The house was incredibly cold and absolutely overpriced for a winter stay. The stone floors are undoubtedly nice for a hot summer, but I absolutely think this apartment should not be rented out in the colder months. 「This place was super central right in the pedestrian area. It was clean and had a good kitchen. Bed was great. Two small grocery stores within steps. The rooftop was sunny. It was noisy in the streets, as expected, with yippy dogs, scooters, street sweepers and loud talkers. Earplugs needed at night. Overall it was a perfect location for everything Palma has to offer. 」
