Very pleasant checkin with all VIP amenities delivered as promised and recognized my OneKey status. Even helped with late night glass of milk for the kid without charge. With exception of parking price honestly no other qualms. Tons of street parking available btw. Will stay again.

Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland.

This was a very nice old style hotel, very charming. The room was fantastic. The hotel restaurant was pretty good food, a little pricey but to be expected in a hotel like this in the downtown area. Our server was nice, but a bit slow in service, for instance, our drinks went empty a couple of times, we were done with our food for a while before they came to ask for dessert or if we wanted our check. Other servers seemed more attentive, so might have just been a bad night.

Lloyd center is fine but the vagrants by the freeway and close to the park aren’t good

On e a great mall, it is sadly dying. However, the ice rink is still there and being used.
