Basic 4 bedroom house with private swimmming-pool located in a very quiet area only 8km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.This house has a living room with fireplace, tv and access to a small but pleasant balcony with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, diswasher and washing machine.There are 3 bedroom with 3 double beds in each (140x190cm), 1 bathroom with bath and 1 bathroom with shower.From the main dining room stairs lead to a comfortable attic with tv, library, and 1 double bed (135x190cm).This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming-pool (8x4m), garden, a built in barbecue with fridge and microwave, and a shady terrace where you can enjoy nice meals next to the pool.Parking space for 1 car included in final price.Optional A/C – 100 €/weekFree Wifi.Pets are not allowed.This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed- Sheets and towels are not included.
