「Room was cleanish, toilet seat broken. Shaver light in bathroom not operating and charger point in room not operating. One bed squeaked loudly every time you moved. Staff helpful and evening meals were good. The hotel met our needs but 3 stars at the most.」

「The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

「Loved this spot! Even without the AC! Such a good overnight spot」

「まず部屋が傾いていたこと、ルームサービス無し、フロントに人いない、部屋は不衛生でWIFIも一時使用できない、など。建物は数百年の歴史がありますが、二度と泊まることはないでしょう。」

「Lovely stay at the Bear. Food was excellent and the room clean. Staff were very helpful. Always enjoy my visit.」

「Beautiful location. Great breakfast.」

「清潔で機能的、短期間の滞在では十分。隣接するGasoline standにはSPARと言うコンビニもあり便利。」

「Clean rooms, great instructions to enter the parking lot, great hot breakfast, hopefull hosts」

「Great welcome easy check in and friendly team 😁. We arrived late after a long drive - the venue is an old pub with rooms. We navigated our way to the top floor room. As we arrived Halloween weekend we thought the dust and cobwebs in the room were part of the theme. 👻 The carpet around the bed and doors hadn’t been hoovered for months. A layer of dust was on all the light fittings and cobwebs everywhere - bed and pillows weren’t great and we could hear the noise from the high street, boy...

「On the plus side the staff were friendly, the price good, the bed comfy and the parking free. On the negative side, everything looked a bit shabby, doors were dirty, the window in the bedroom didn’t close properly and when a heavy burst of rain occurred water was flowing into the bedroom. The plugs didn’t all work, the television was hung on a wonk, the light was broken and hanging off the wall. I was woken throughout the night with people banging doors and then at 6am was a fire alarm, I left...

「Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again.」

「Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.」

「Over all we had a great three night stay. Very friendly staff, good accommodation and location. Our only criticism was that when we ate in the restaurant one evening and had breakfasts the food wasn’t hot and the plates hadn’t been heated.」

「it was alright」
