「The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, only disadvantage were the two flights of stairs up to our room which wasn't the hotel,s fault, but lovely views of the high street when we got up there !!!」
「Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked.
Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended. 「Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

「Yet another great stay at the Castle. Rooms always warm and clean but if you want operating theatre cleanliness this is perhaps not the place for you! We love this place for its character and of course the peacocks. Staff always friendly and helpful. See you again in a few weeks!」
