「A really pleasant stay overall. The room was generously sized, clean and well presented, and breakfast was a good spread to set you up for the day. Finding the entrance on arrival was a little tricky, though that's more a familiarity thing than a reflection on the place itself. Would happily return and recommend.」

This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room).」
