From the warmest of greeting when we arrived until checkout we were made to feel really welcome at this hotel. We loved its uniqueness and the afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a delightful touch. Breakfast with fresh waffles was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they are wonderful.

A little bit tired considering it’s one of the top hotels. Breakfast was great and the staff brilliant.
It’s in an excellent location if you want shopping and public transport nearby. Can get a little bit noisy at night time.
