"We arrived on early morning flight and check in was not supposed to be until 3pm but we received a call at 9.30 to say our apartment was ready, we were delighted. Stayed in apartment 2, the kitchen area was very hot, we did have 2 fans which were definitely needed. Very spacious budget apartment right beside Mathew Street. Harrisons bar downstairs was great for food and drinks, staff also very friendly. Would recommend if your looking for budget stay in Liverpool City Centre"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend."

"Beautiful room. Easy to get to. Only issue we found was the shower pressure was definitely broken and the water would not heat up. Didn’t ruin everything though we all enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou :)"

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"Absolutely fantastic place. Very enjoyable stay,close to the town centre and also close to all the attractions. The Reception staff Very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully get to stay again in the future. "
