Step into the Renaissance-inspired elegance of our 2 BR Apartment, nestled within a block where classic beauty seamlessly blends with modern comfort. This tastefully appointed apartment features a family bathroom exuding timeless sophistication, a fully equipped kitchen to meet your every need, and a living room complete with a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services. With a passive air system keeping fresh, clean air flowing even when windows are closed, you can relax and truly enjoy the allure of Southport living.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed, complete with a bedside table and lamp for late-night reading. You'll also find an open wardrobe, wall art, and three cushions to enhance your comfort.

In Bedroom 2, you'll discover another inviting double bed, accompanied by two bedside tables and lamps for added convenience. A spacious open wardrobe, dressing table with chair, wall art, mirrors, and cushions complete the space, offering both functionality and style.

The family bathroom awaits with essential amenities, including a toilet, shower cubicle, basin, towel heater, towel rail, and bin, ensuring a refreshing experience for all.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need for culinary adventures, from the fridge/freezer to the washer dryer. Enjoy meals together at the kitchen table with four chairs, surrounded by tasteful wall art and illuminated by a stand-up lamp.

Relax and unwind in the comfortable living room, featuring a 2-seater sofa, coffee table, small rug, and wall-mounted TV. Plush cushions add to the cosy ambiance, inviting you to settle in and make yourself at home.

Enjoy the convenience of street parking, accessible Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that charges apply and the maximum stay permitted is 10 hours. Alternatively, the NCP Southport Promenade Pay & Display car park is just 0.2 miles away, open 24 hours at £6.95 per day.

Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon your arrival, ensuring a fantastic start to your experience. Central Apartment

Great apartment, questionable area. When I first arrived I was concerned about the area but this was never a problem and it was really handy for the shops and Weatherspoons on the corner. If we visit Southport again I would stay here again.
